One year of access, renew when you like
Premium and Commercial run for a full year from purchase. There's no automatic renewal — when the year ends you simply buy again to continue, and early renewals add to your remaining time.
Questions
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. It's a one-time payment for one year. Nothing renews on its own — you choose if and when to buy again.
What happens when the year ends?
Your account returns to the free plan. Files you already downloaded are yours to keep and print forever.
Can I get a refund?
If something isn't right and you haven't used a paid feature, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. See our Terms.
Do I need special software?
No. You download a ready-to-print Bambu Studio 3MF — just open, slice, and print. No HueForge or manual STL swapping.
Which plan do I need to sell puzzles?
Commercial. It includes a license to sell the physical puzzles you print. Premium is for personal use and gifting.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT ID (NIP) at checkout and Stripe issues a proper VAT invoice by email.
